Howdy Friends,
Greetings and I hope all of you are well. As some of y'all know, I'm unemployed and that means I'm bored and always looking for things to help up my self-esteem. One of the gifts God has given me is a gift to write poetry and I decided to again submit one of my poems to the Library of Poetry. I can't afford to get even a certificate for an award I got for the poem, but it has been submitted for further review. On the side, I can get votes on its' quality so, if y'all have the time to make a quick-click vote go to http://www.poetry.com/voteforme/poemvote1.asp?PID=12460748
Lead of Kindness
by: Kathryn Warren
Such timelessness infrequent to those
Who share their wonderous lives
Of awesome strength and goodness
Towards those standing at their sides.
To render thanks upon the few
Who share such kindly deeds
Is an honor to those who experience
The hope such kindness leads.

My years of experience in volunteering and receiving of kindness during difficult times in my life effected these lines. Seriously, thank you to those who have been models of Kindness in my life.
I'm making headway in getting my life organized and back together again. It has really been nice ever since I thankfully came off of my prescription narcotics. I survived my trip to D.C. to do my CHADD Public Policy Committee duties, including visiting my senators and representitives concerning the issues affecting ADHD persons (and for me, more specifically, post-traumatic brain injury persons).
I'm with a new neurologist now. Or rather, one that has reviewed my QEEG readings before, has done so again, and has prescribed another round of neurofeedback treatments for me that will hopefully help my pain, cognitive and psychological problems decrease. I have great hope that things will improve given how successfull my treatments were back in 2005. My insurance will me changing to my dad's next year. Please pray that his insurance will be accepting of my doctors and treatments as they have thankfully been very helpful to me ever since I returned to Texas this year.
Pray for my parents these days. They're working really hard to support me over these months. I can't thank them enough. I'm so thankful, too, to my friends who have supported me during the past few years during the VERY difficult times. To you, I can't thank you enough! :)
